Caring for gold filled jewellery is relatively easy just like gold jewellery. Gold filled is long lasting and to help your jewellery last, wipe with the included polishing cloth. If you've been extra active that day or your jewellery might have product on it, it would be ideal to give it a quick rinse in lukewarm water, dry it well and polish with a soft cloth.
TIP: Put your jewellery on last and take it off first!
Gold jewellery is the most durable but not always affordable. Sterling silver is very affordable and durable like gold filled. The safest and most effective way to polish sterling silver jewellery is to wipe it gently with a soft cloth. All our sterling silver pieces come with a silver polishing cloth that are pre-treated with gentle chemicals to restore silver's natural shine.
TIP: Store in a cool dry place in a case or a zip lock bag.
Plated jewellery has a thin layer of precious metal over a base material (sterling silver, brass or stainless steel etc.). We advise avoid exposing the jewellery to water, soap, perfume, lotion and other chemicals. If the jewellery does get wet, wipe it immediately with a soft cloth. Remove the plated jewellery before you sleep to reduce contact with bare skin and before engaging in sports activities. It is best to store plated jewellery separate from other jewellery to avoid it getting scratched.
TIP: To prevent scratches, each piece should be stored individually in its own case or pouch.
Store it clean & dry, after wiping down your jewellery store it individually in your favourite case or a pouch.
