Terms and Conditions

Delivery

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - £4.00 (3-5 working days).  If no one is at home when Royal Mail attempt to delivery, then it is the customers’ responsibility to retrieve the undelivered parcel as per instructions left by Royal Mail. 

Return policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to request a refund, providing they are unused. After 14 days no refunds or returns can be accepted.  To qualify, the items should be unused and in the same condition you received it in.  In order to request a refund or exchange you will need to email info@seesa.uk and once we have accepted the item to be returned we will let you know what the next steps will be. Please do not send parcels before we have approved the return. Any Images requested will have to be sent to info@seesa.uk with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. The customer will be responsible for paying the returns postage fee. A kind reminder - we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, even if they have not been worn. Personalised items cannot be considered for refund or exchange unless faulty. 

Damaged items

We take pride in carefully packaging your products securely however if you have received a damaged product then please email info@seesa.uk with your order number and a photo so we can best resolve the issue for you. This should be done as soon as you have received your order so an exchange or full refund can be arranged once your damaged product has been requested and received. 

Faulty items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products but if for some reason you receive an item that is faulty, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible by emailing us at info@seesa.uk.  Please send us a photo of the product and once accepted we will arrange to either refund or replace the item at your discretion.  If you would like further advice on your statutory consumer rights, you can contact Citizens Advice Service on 08082231133.  

Incorrect items

If you have received an incorrect order, please email info@seesa.uk. We can arrange for the return of the items and send you your correct order.
